Hello. My name is Rafael. I am an amazing boy who was surrendered to Animal Control because I was "too loud". I am soooo stinken sweet and affectionate. I love being near my humans, and when they are away and I am sitting in a kennel of course I am vocal! I would love a home where my humans are there often! I deserve a loving, patience home!!!

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV). All dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.
