The band The 3L's has arrived at CARA! Layla and her two other sisters, Lola and Lily, have made their way here to find their forever homes. Layla's name has an Egyptian origin, it can mean "night" or "dark beauty." Layla is the dark beauty of CARA and would like to show off her gorgeous self to everyone in the world. Layla is very friendly but does need to time to warm up to humans. The nice feature about Layla other than her gorgeous look is that she is very quiet. Layla and her sisters are only 7 months old (7/1/2014) and ready to start learning all the commands that you can think of. The corgi breed has been known to be very smart! Layla's favorite past time is playing ball. She'll fetch the ball and drop it! See, smart already! Come meet Layla and her sisters!

Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs, & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption
