If you look at me, you will realize that I am one special puppy. What do you get when you cross a gentle giant with possibly a working dog (maybe some Lab?)? You get a semi-giant children's entertainment system that never stops, combined with one of the fastes kissers on earth. I am the puppy-kiss-pro and all the love you could possibly ask for. And as a little (grin) baby, I am your piece of art in the making. You train, I deliver! Just no low couch tables when I grow up please! I could probably clean the clutter off of them in one tail-swipe! I am heartworm negative, started on my shots and preventatives and will be spayed. If you would like to adopt Mary Ellen, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at adoptions@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
