Hi I'm Freckles, my birthday is 05/14/2012. Are you looking for a dog that gets along with most all other dogs out there? Then pick me! I will run and play with you and your four legged friends for as long as you can handle it. The nice people at CARA are teaching me a lot of things, like sit, down, and I am doing really well with walking on a leash. You will be impressed with how fast I learn. Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs, & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption
