Boys are sooo annoying. Girls rock! My brother talks about being cool, but you have to be a Lady like my sister and me, to be really cool. And having the best Mom in the world, we are doing really great on our manners too. Considering that they named us after Japanese food, you may kiss me, but you may not bite my ears like my brothers do all the time. And no, I won't turn into a Princess when you kiss me either! To late for that! I am one already. And I try to be a gentle flower too. And you can pick me (up and put me on your shoulder) too. If you would like to adopt Sashimi, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at adoptions@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
