They named me Jezebel, because I am so very beautiful. I may not have my siblings' long fur, but I am still the cutest one of them. My Mom is a Pointer or Hound Mix and my Dad has really beautiful long hair. There were seven of us younguns and we were dropped of at the pound with our parents. I guess they didn't want so many of us.
It is CARA's policy to keep any new animal entering the facility in quarantine for 10 days. During this time animals are kept in isolation to ensure their health. They can not be adopted or visited until after their release date! If you would like to adopt Jezebel, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at adoptions@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
