to fill out an application. Hello humans! I am CAREBEAR. I am a female, 90lb Akita. I also happen to be blind. However that does not stop me from living a totally normal life. I love to give you the best squishy hugs, and I absolutely love going on walks so I can enjoy nature and the beautiful world we live in! I do have one drawback sadly. I do not want to live with other animals. I also prefer older kids. I am just an amazingly sweet girl, who needs an easy going home, who does not mind helping me feel comfortable with a new enviornment. Can you believe I have been at the rescue for almost a year?? Please apply for me today!!!

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
