Hi there people in computer land! My little boy went to a birthday party and us puppies were the party favors. Mommy and daddy were not too happy with living party favors and said I had to go. So here I am! I think if you enter me in a contest I could win Miss Congeniality paws down. Come visit me at CARA on Saturdays from 10-2. Put a little love in your life.

Tuesday is current on vaccines including bordatella and dewormed. She will be spayed 2/20 and will be ready, ready, ready for her new home 2/21.

Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs,  & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at  http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them.
