Hi there. My name is Ophelia and I am a 3 year old Schnoodle!! That's right, schnauzer mixed with a little poodle, like, sweet with a little spice! I'm only about 11 pounds so if you're one of the small dog types, I wont get any bigger! I'm such a people person, I attach quickly to those who show me love and kindness. I'm looking for a family who will include me in their lives. I like going on walks, meeting new friends, maybe learning some tricks, and just being a fun loving girl. I'm up to date on vaccines and preventatives! Please come to CARA and meet me! I'm sure to not disappoint.

Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs,  & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at  http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption
