​Waylons the name and I'm your typical southern country boy. I love to run and play outside, hang out with my friends, and eat good food. I'm such a cool guy, every loves me. I'm up to date on all my vaccines, microchipped, and handsome! All very important requirements. So, if you're looking for a buddy to take fishing, hiking, camping, and everywhere in between then look no further. I AM YOUR MAN! I'm looking for a family who is into doing all those things, I need an active family who wants to involve me in all their adventures. Could that be you? Please come meet me starting on March 19th! Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs,  & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at  http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption
