Thank you for considering adopting one of CARA's Special pets! To apply read about our adoption policies here to fill out an application.

This delicious puppy is named Oreo. Her name suits her pretty well. The oreo cookie is sweet and so is Oreo the puppy. This sweet baby came into the world on March 28, 2014. Oreo is treated like a little princess here because she is just so cute and gorgeous. Her eyes will tell you everything about her. When Oreo grows up, she'll be a nice sturdy, well built girl. She'll definitely be a gorgeous girl when she is fully grown. This will be the sweetest pup you will ever meet in your life. Oreo seems like the type of dog that won't hurt a fly. All the Oreo likes to do when she is around people is give kisses and sit on your lap. She already thinks she is a lap dog, but always keeps everyone's laps warm. She'll be a nice big warm blanket in the winter for you. She also has those eyes that will melt the coldest of hearts! Oreo is ready to meet the world outside of CARA and would love to have family to share that with. Are you up to the challenge?

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
