Hello my name is Abi. My birthday is April 12, 2013. I enjoy being loved on and having plenty of attention. I will meet you at the door when you come home from a long day at work and let you know everything is ok with my lovely purr. I am a relaxed kitty that would enjoy watching a movie with you or your favorite television show every time it comes on. I may want to have a little play time here and there because I do enjoy toys like little balls, strings, and things I can chase. So if I sound like that perfect little kitty that you would love in your life just come on by and meet me and my pals. We look forward to seeing you.

Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs,  & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at  http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them.
