I’m moving on to bigger & better things now. I’m about the sweetest, most adorable pup you’ve ever seen. I love to snuggle and just want to be close to you. if you let me in bed, I’ll climb on your head and smother you with kisses. I really like to play in the snow, chase balls, and chew on my bones. I still have sweet puppy breath & I grunt when you pick me up. But don’t get use to holding me because I’m going weigh at least 100 lbs by next year. I need a home with lots of room, a good air conditioner, and an endless supply of food & love. I am very curious & playful, but pretty calm for my age. My foster mom calls me smart because I am quickly learning to potty outside and I already understand what the word “no” means. I love the other dogs & the cats are quite fun as well.
Barney is neutered, current on vaccines, and dewormed. He is about 11 weeks old. If you would like to adopt Barney, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at cara@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
