Pocket Pit

Meet our beautiful pocket pit, Mandy. She's a two year old, 33 pound sweetheart looking for a new home. She's full of fun energy and such a pretty girl. Mandy takes treats very softly and is eager to learn new tricks. Mandy would do best in a home with a fenced in area at her new home, or plenty of long morning and evening walks to get some of her energy out. She is good with dogs. Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs, & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption
