MEET DUSTY!!

Dusty is a yellow lab mix who is looking for a FOREVER home! Dusty loves other dogs and is housebroken, as well as crate trained. He loves LONG walks, watching the sunset, sunbathing, wrestling with his three foster brothers, snuggling during a scary movie, and just enjoying life!!!

He has met many humans in his young life, but none seem to be the right fit so far. He is so deserving of the best life. Please call to schedule a meeting with Dusty, as he is living it up in his foster home!!!

His foster mom would like to add that his absolute best quality is his behavior around other dogs and animals in general. He is such well socialized boy, and would highly benefit from a doggy brother or sister of ANY size. He is also super cordial and respectful of all cats!

Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs, & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption
