Hi! My name is Lucy and I am sweet as can be. I'm a 5 year old girl. A perfect day for me would be to be with my family. Anything they want to do, I want to be with them doing that too. I'm a smallish girl but I've got tons of love to give. I am a great lap pet! Snuggling with my human friends is my favorite thing to do! I'm looking for my forever home. Could it be yours? Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs, & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption
