Donate one today! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Thanks to the generous support of the community, CARA continues to provide a much needed service to Lee County and the surronding areas. Each year CARA helps save and rehome approximately 300 animals. These are 300 animals that would have most likely meet their demise without an organization like CARA. CARA provides this ongoing service through community support and it's volunteers. In order for CARA to continue it's mission, volunteers at several different levels are needed. Currently CARA is in need of dedicated volunteers to fill the following positions: Treasure, Volunteer Coordinator, Adoption Coordinator, Adoptions Event Coordinator, Foster Coordinator, Vet Tech, Appointment Specialist, On-Call Medication Specialist, and Donation Coordinator.
